Proverb s 10
In true proverbial form we have several examples of the righteous do this and the wicked do this statements. It is really important to notice that what a person does is directly affected by who the are. The righteous do righteous things and the wicked do wicked things. You are only righteous when you give yourself completely over to the Lord. Being wise, we see, is not about knowing everything, it is being completely aware that we don't know everything and need to follow the leadership of God.
Be righteous and
Go live.

I think if you look at this passage the right way you can see the ultimate truth that the Godly inherit the earth. It's hard when you struggle with what you have and when you feel like you have the world on your shoulders but you look at someone who is lost who doesn't have a care in the world. It's hard to comprehend why God does it that way a lot of times but in this passage there are a lot of times when you can clearly see that is so not how it is... I really like the verse about when words are many sin is not absent. It makes me think a lot those of us who gossip a lot (I, admittedly, being one of them). It is one of those verses that kinda knock you upside the head and say "Hey stupid, cut it out"
Speaking of Gossip. Verse 18 hit me too, about gossip and about concealing hatred, because so much of the time by being so quick to judge you start to hate a person before even realizing what you are doing and are being a hypocrite
without realizing it.
Another verse that hit me was 17. It kinda just makes me realize even more of the importance of our witness in t he way we act at school or even with our cliques or friends. That we have something they don't have. and shouldn't neglect that we have something of great value that they deserve as well.
